
Born in 1982 in Abruzzo, he moved to Tuscany at the age of three, growing up in Rosignano, a small industrial town in the province of Livorno. After earning a degree in Cinema, Music, and Theatre from the University of Pisa, he settled in Florence in 2008, where he obtained a professional diploma as an Audio-Video Technician from the National School of Independent Cinema.
In 2010, Sambuco discovered photography, which soon became his true passion, and in 2016 he decided to turn it into his profession.
He has participated in various solo and group exhibitions, including the 2018 edition of the Biennial of Young Photographers in Bibbiena.
One of his most well-known photographic projects is The Solitude of Plants (in Apartment Building Entrances), inspired by his experience in the Campo di Marte district of Florence.
